Prof. Abdurrezagh Ramadan Ali Shabshaba

A permanent faculty member since 2004 in the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science. She obtained a doctorate in human resources, specifically charismatic leadership, from Singidunum University, Belgrade - Serbia in 2013. She also obtained a master’s degree in management and organization from the Academy of Graduate Studies, Tripoli, Janzour. In 2003. I graduated in the scientific ladder until I obtained the degree of Associate Professor in Business Administration since 1/10/2020. She also held several scientific positions, including the Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs of the Faculty of Economics and Political Science from 30/1/2018 to 31/12/2018. She also held the position of Head of Business Administration Department for the period 2015-2016. In addition to the position of managing editor of the Journal of Economics and Political Science issued by the college for the period 2015-2019. She also held the position of Director of the Quality and Performance Evaluation Office at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science for the period 2014-2015. I have also prepared many scientifically refereed research and working papers published in respected refereed journals, in addition to participating in many scientific conferences, seminars and workshops.
